Consulates General of Japan in California

California is home to two Consulates General of Japan: one in San Francisco and one in Los Angeles.  The San Francisco consulate oversees Northern California from the Oregon border to Monterey, Kern, and Inyo counties (as well as the whole of Nevada).  The Los Angeles consulate oversees Southern California from San Luis Obispo and San Bernardino counties to the Mexican border (as well as the whole of Arizona).  You can see the information each consulate provides for sister city relationships here:
