Organized in 1997, the San Carlos Sister City Association (SCSCA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that serves to promote international awareness and maintain positive relations with our sister cities throughout the world.

Join the SCSCA and become part of a group of like-minded individuals interested in coordinating, promoting, and expanding international relationships and activities in the areas of business, local government, culture, and education.
