We will commemorate the World War II bombing of a munitions factory in Toyokawa, Japan, which took place on August 7, 1945. This bombing took the lives of 2,500 Japanese citizens. We hope that by remembering tragedies of past world conflicts we can promote a mindset of peace in the present and for the future.
